  • Product images are for reference only and may not represent exact scale or color.

  • Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, or other operational factors.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before production or shipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, suspected unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Custom products cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned after an order has been placed.

  • Pre-designed products may only be canceled before production begins and may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns are not accepted except where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production, shipping, and delivery times are provided as estimates only.

MXHorizon is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Any event beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MXHorizon website—including but not limited to logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, branding, videos, downloadable files, and website content—is the exclusive property of MXHorizon or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or otherwise used without prior written permission from MXHorizon.

8. Customer-Submitted Content

When submitting names, race numbers, logos, artwork, photographs, or other content for custom products, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

MXHorizon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or believed to violate the rights of another party.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from submitted content.

9. Product Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for properly preparing surfaces and installing all decals and graphics.

MXHorizon is not responsible for damage or product failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect surface preparation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Environmental conditions

  • Accidents

  • Modifications after purchase

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MXHorizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXHorizon disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement.
